Dimtech Technology Limited (“LocalAmplify”, “we”, “us”) operates the LocalAmplify platform at localamplify.app. This policy explains how we handle personal information for amplifiers, businesses, and visitors in Nigeria.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, city, state, business name (if applicable)
• Referral activity: link clicks, conversions, earnings, and campaign participation
• Payment data: processed by Paystack; we do not store full card details on our servers
• Technical data: device type, browser, and security logs via our hosting and database providers

How we use data

We use your information to create and secure your account, run referral campaigns, calculate commissions, process payouts, send service messages (e.g. email confirmation), and improve the platform.

Sharing

We use trusted processors including Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Paystack (payments), and email/SMS providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You may close your account at any time subject to outstanding payouts and legal obligations. To request deletion of your personal data — including data associated with a connected Meta or WhatsApp integration — visit our Data Deletion page.

A processed deletion request removes or anonymizes your personal identifiers — name, email, phone, WhatsApp/Meta connection details, and bank details — from your account. Records tied to completed transactions (payment confirmations, commission and payout history, campaign activity) may be retained in anonymized form where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations, even after your personal data has been removed.
